Two of Esker’s AR Solutions Recognized by The Hackett Group® in New Digital World Class Matrix™ for C2C Receivables

Esker is pleased to be recognized in a new Digital World Class Matrix™ by The Hackett Group^®, which ranks and analyzes 18 leading customer-to-cash (C2C) software providers on their ability to support global and complex clients, data integration and pre-built connectors, and user-friendly reporting dashboards and analytics.

The Hackett Group^® research focused on the processes of credit management, order management, and customer billing/electronic invoice presentment and payment processes (EIPP) — assigning each solution provider a different category of performance based on their performances in each.

So … how did Esker’s AR solutions perform?

In addition to being one of only two companies to be designated as Digital World Class^® for order management, Esker also performed exceedingly well in the accounts receivable (AR) categories. Here’s the breakdown:

• Esker Credit Management: Challenger

  Companies placed in the Challenger category are identified as progressing toward delivering greater value realization and capability breadth but do not yet have a fully established digital “toolkit.”

  As a simple, secure and AI-driven solution for mitigating credit risk and securing revenue, Esker Credit Management was named a Challenger for its emerging potential in supporting:

  • Credit intelligence, scoring, risking rating

  • Data sourcing, security, privacy

  • Data validation, master data integration

  • Credit management workflow
